1. Google Analytics 4 property, created and installed
A GA4 property set up under your own Google account — you own it, not me — with the tracking code correctly installed and firing on every page. Verified with live traffic before I call it done.
2. Google Search Console verified and connected
Search Console is how Google tells you which searches you appear in and which pages it can't read. It's free, most businesses never set it up, and it's the single most useful SEO tool that exists. I verify ownership and link it to your GA4 property so the data sits together.
3. XML sitemap submitted
Your sitemap tells Google what pages exist and to crawl them. Submitting it is how new and updated pages get discovered in days rather than months.
4. Keyword tracking for up to 20 target keywords
We agree on the searches that actually matter for your business, and tracking is configured so you can watch your position on those terms over time instead of guessing.
5. Page-speed check with a prioritized fix list
Slow pages lose both rankings and buyers. You get a tested speed report with the fixes ranked by impact versus effort — so you know which two things to do, not a list of forty.
6. An SEO recommendations report
A written review of your site's titles, headings, meta descriptions, image alt text, mobile experience and internal links, with specific changes to make. Written for a business owner, not a developer.
7. Your first monthly performance report
A baseline snapshot of where you stand, so every future month has something to compare against.
Plus a walkthrough document showing exactly where to log in and what each screen means, so you're not dependent on me to read your own numbers.
What is not included
I'd rather set expectations honestly up front than argue about it later.
- Ongoing monthly SEO management. This is a one-time setup and audit, not a retainer.
- Content writing or blog posts. The report tells you what to write; it doesn't write it.
- Link building or outreach.
- Implementing the site fixes. You get the prioritized list and instructions. If you want the changes made for you, ask me for a quote.
- Paid advertising setup such as Google Ads or Meta Ads.

How it works
- You purchase the package. $150, one time.
- Within 1 business day you get a short intake form by email — your website URL, platform, and the access I'll need.
- Within 5 business days of receiving that access, everything above is set up and tested.
- You receive your reports and walkthrough and can ask follow-up questions by email for 14 days after delivery.

Straight talk about results
Nobody can guarantee a Google ranking, and anyone who does is either lying or about to get your site penalized. Google's results depend on your competition, your site's age and authority, your content, and an algorithm none of us control.
What this service guarantees is the foundation: correct measurement, Google able to find and read your site, and a clear prioritized plan. Those are the prerequisites for ranking — without them, any SEO spend is unmeasurable. Results in search typically build over three to nine months of acting on the plan consistently, and businesses in competitive markets should expect the longer end of that.
If you want someone who will promise you page one next month, I'm not that person.
Common questions
Do I need to be technical?
No. That's the point of a done-for-you service. If you can forward a login, you can do your part.
Do I own everything afterwards?
Yes. The GA4 property and Search Console account are created under your Google account. If we never speak again, you keep full access to all of it.
Is this a subscription?
No. One payment of $150. There's no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
What if I already have Google Analytics installed?
Very common — and it's often the old Universal Analytics, installed twice, or not tracking properly. I audit what's there, fix or migrate it, and remove duplicate tracking that corrupts your data.
Why is this only $150 when agencies charge thousands?
Because it's a defined, one-time scope rather than an open-ended monthly retainer. Agencies price for ongoing management. This is the setup they'd do in week one, sold on its own.
Can you also make the fixes you recommend?
Often, yes. Ask me and I'll quote the specific work separately so you can decide.
What if I'm not happy?
Get in touch. Refunds on services are handled under our Refund Policy — in short, if work has already been performed, refunds are prorated against what's been delivered, and if I haven't started yet you get a full refund.
